Beef Chow Mein
Chow Mein?  There is a regional difference in the US between the East and West Coast use of the term "chow mein." On the East Coast, "chow mein" is always the crispy or Hong Kong style.  On the West Coast, "chow mein" is always the steamed style; the crispy style is "Hong Kong style".  At ACE our chow mein are always the Hong Kong style crispy egg noodles.  Our Beef Chow Mein has slice beef with Chinese bok choy wet stir-fried in a light brown sauce served on top of a bed of crispy egg noodles.
