Beef with Curry Sauce Rice Plate

Did you know that curry was introduced to China by Indian monks?  Today, curry dishes are popular in all over Southern China.  We would like to introduce ACE’s Beef with Curry Sauce Rice Plate to you.  We start this dish by adding the marinated beef to the medium-high heat work.  Stir fry until the beef is about 80% cooked then add onions, potatoes & curry powder to the wok, then broth to make into a sauce.  Return the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil and add dark soy sauce.
