We start this dish by adding the marinated beef to the medium-high heat
work. Stir fry until the beef is about
80% cooked then add onions, potatoes & curry powder to the wok, then broth
to make into a sauce. Return the heat to
medium-high and bring to a boil and add dark soy sauce.
