Cantonese Style Deep Fried Whole TilapiaGreat way to ring in Chinese New Year (year of the Goat) is to try one of our whole fish dishes.  We are putting the spotlight on the Cantonese Style Deep Fried Whole Tilapia.  The Tilapia is fried whole then topped with garlic, white and green onions, shredded pork, & covered in a light savory sauce.
