This is another way to try Ho Fun (thick rice noodles) instead of stir fried, it is served in Hong Kong “low ho fun” style. The noodles are cooked until soft then we add our Chinese beef stew with vibrant flavors. The strong sauce from the stew will bring flavor to the entire dish. Feel free to slurp this dish up.
