Chiu Chow Satay Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli (Dry)
Stir fried the pork and shrimp in the heated wok.  Then work in the onions, carrots, scrambled eggs, green bell peppers, & bean sprouts, they draw out the flavors when they are mixed in with the rice vermicelli thin noodles.  All the ingredients are gently coated with a red pepper flakes and rich satay flavor (a popular South East Asian ingredient).
