Chow Mein
Chow Mein?  There is a regional difference in the US between the East and West Coast use of the term "chow mein." On the East Coast, "chow mein" is always the crispy or Hong Kong style.  On the West Coast, "chow mein" is always the steamed style; the crispy style is "Hong Kong style".  At ACE our chow mein are always the Hong Kong style crispy egg noodles.  Pictured from left to right and top to bottom:  Seafood Chow Mein, Chinese Beef Stew Chow Mein, Shredded Pork Chow Mein, Fillet Fish Chow Mein, and Combo Chow Mein.
