Today, we feature a simple and delicious Chinese staple dish, Choy Sum Stir Fried with Beef. Choy Sum means "Vegetable Heart" in Cantonese. The sliced beef is marinated and flash fried then set aside. In the wok, we add garlic and then sauté with beef until medium. We stir fry the choy sum until softened. Add brown sauce and cook until sauce is thickened. Taste the power of the wok!
