Combo Fried Rice

Why do we have 2 different sections (Arizona & Hong Kong Menu) for fried rice?  Most common form of fried rice consists of some mixture of egg, scallions, and vegetables with a meat, and flavored with soy sauce (which gives the rice the brown color – select from our AZ Menu).  More typical Chinese-style fried rice is flavored with table salt instead of soy sauce (select from our Hong Kong Menu).  We are featuring our Combo Fried Rice from our Arizona Menu.  The Combo Fried Rice is sliced chicken, sliced beef, shrimp, eggs, green onions, carrots, peas, rice, & soy sauce.
