Curry Chicken Fried Rice

This dish is a treat if you like fried rice and the flavor of curry!  You know how you can taste the seasoned wok flavor in our fried rice dishes, just imagine it being spice up with a dose of Chinese curry.  We start of egg fried rice is the base of all our fried rice dishes.  Lightly beat the eggs with salt and pepper.  The wok must be at a high heat, when the oil is hot, and then add the eggs.  Stir until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry.  Add the rice and stir fry some more.  Stir in the curry powder.  And lastly add the white onions, carrots, & green bell peppers to bring all the flavors together.
