Fish balls are a common food in southern China. Fish balls ingredients are basically fish, flour, and flavorings (salt and sugar). In our Fish Balls Noodle Soup, we have both types of fish balls (yellow and white) and a few slices of the fish cake with thick rice noodles in a clear broth. You can choose from 3 different types of noodles: egg thin noodles, ho fun (thick rice noodles), and rice vermicelli noodles (thin rice noodles).
