Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce
This week, we are featuring Fish Fillet with Black Bean Sauce.  We add in some lightly fried fish fillets which are crispy & golden brown on the outside but soft and moist inside. Lastly, the fish fillets are stir fried with white onion, green peppers, garlic, and pungent black beans are mixed in to fuse the flavors into a savory brown sauce with a dash of red peppers.  Enjoy!
