Fried Fish Fillet Rice Plate

We lightly fried fish fillets which are crispy & golden brown on the outside but soft and moist inside. Lastly, the fish fillets and Chinese bok choy are wet stir-fried together in a light brown sauce and rest on a bed of rice.
