Why do we have 2 different sections (Arizona & Hong Kong Menu) for fried rice? Most common form of fried rice consists of some mixture of egg, scallions, and vegetables with a meat, and flavored with soy sauce (which gives the rice the brown color – select from our AZ Menu). More typical Chinese-style fried rice is flavored with table salt instead of soy sauce (select from our Hong Kong Menu). Taste the power of the wok!
