Ginger, Green Onion & Lettuce Egg Fried Rice

The wok must be at a high heat, when the oil is hot, and then add the ginger to season the flavor of the work.  Stir fry in the eggs they are lightly scrambled but not too dry.  Add the rice and stir fry some more.  And lastly add the lettuce & green onions to bring all the flavors together.  Taste the power of the wok
