Ginger Green Onion, Soft Tofu, & Fish Fillets

When the oil is hot in the wok, add the green & white onions.  Shortly after add the ginger slices to enhance the flavor in the wok.  Then we lightly pan fry fish fillets which are golden brown on the outside but moist inside.  Lastly, we add the soft tofu to stir fry to absorb some of the ginger, green onions, & white onions flavors.  This dish is served with a light sauce.
