Ginger Green Onion with Fish Fillets

When the oil is hot in the wok, add the green & white onions.  Shortly after add the ginger slices to enhance the flavor in the wok.  Then we lightly pan fry fish fillets which are golden brown on the outside but moist inside.  We serve all this goodness in a light sauce.
