Ham & Eggs Rice Plate

This is a very simple dish but a classic.  We use quality ham steaks and lightly wok sear them for a glaze and light crisp then we fry an egg.  Place the ham and egg on a bed of rice and drizzle it with our special blend of ACE soy sauce.
