Hong Kong Pan Fried Shrimp

This week, ACE would like to pay tribute to a classic Cantonese dish, HK Pan Fried Shrimp.  This comfort dish is light, healthy but is packed with explosion of flavor.  First, we lightly coat the wok with oil and wait till it reaches medium heat.  Freshly deveined shrimps are then pan fried with minced garlic until it turns pink.  The shrimps are then glazed with special light sauce and cooked until sauce bubbles up.  Lastly, chopped green onions are added to bring all the flavors together.  This dish taste great over white rice or for a healthy version, try it with brown rice.
