Hong Kong Style Fish Fillet

Hong Kong Style Fish Fillet
Fish fillets are lightly fried until crispy & golden brown on the outside but soft and moist inside.  Thinly strips of ginger, scallions and yellow onions are gently tossed into the hot wok until they start to caramelize.  Pork and shitake mushrooms slices are added to bring another dimension to the dish.  Finally, we finish it off with a savory brown sauce that will make your taste buds sing.
