Hong Kong Style Lo Mein – Wonton & Beef Stew

Wonton & Beef Stew served on a plate instead of a soup bowl?  This is actually a pretty common dish served in Hong Kong's noodle joints.
ACE uses thin egg noodles cooked to al dente and served on a bed of lettuce.  Our wontons are hand wrapped and stuff with the perfect ratio of minced pork and shrimp .  Then we add our Chinese beef stew with vibrant flavors.  The strong sauce from the stew will bring flavor to the entire dish.  Feel free to slurp this dish up.
