Hong Kong Style Lo Mein – Wonton & Japanese BBQ Pork

ACE’s Hong Kong Style Lo Mein uses the egg thin noodles cooked to al dente and served on a bed of lettuce.  For the Wonton & Japanese BBQ Pork version, we add our wontons which are made in-house (minced pork and shrimp stuffed into wonton wrappers).  Then we add our Japanese BBQ Pork (slow roasted and served in slices).  The sweet soy sauce will bring flavor to the entire dish.
