With cooler weather upon us, ACE wants to turn this week's spotlight a soup, Hot & Sour Soup that is! ACE prepares this classic Szechuan soup with a Chinese chicken broth base then follow by chicken slices, mushrooms, zucchini, tofu, & yellow onions. Once all the ingredients are boiling, we pour in corn starch slurry & eggs to create the perfect thickness and that famous egg flowery design. Lastly, ACE adds in special spices & green onions to make this soup sinfully spicy, yet sour at the same time. This tangy & delicious soup will keep you warm but not make you sweat!
