Made from tender simmered pork belly, marinated in soy sauce and savoury spices, Japanese BBQ Pork “Chashu” has its origins in Chinese roast ‘char siu’. The pork is lightly sweeten rest on top of Shanghai noodles in our daily aromatic soup.
