Minced Beef Egg White Soup is more of a description of the soup then it’s direct translation from Cantonese name: West Lake Beef Soup. This soup is from the Zhejiang region where the famous West Lake resides. It is said the soup was originally made by the lake water by adding cornstarch, hence the name. Don’t worry, we will not be using any lake water to make ACE’s version of the soup.
