Mongolian Beef

Did you know that Mongolian Beef doesn’t come from Mongolian cuisine?  It is rather another Chinese-American dish.  Mongolian beef consists of sliced beef coated with a lightly sweeten and spicy sauce.  We first add garlic, green onions, and white onions, those flavors will season the wok and the adding the beef to create a flavor you can’t forget.  If you want the dish to be spicier just add our ACE chili oil sauce (from the table).  Or we can make this dish not spicy for those that can’t take the heat.
