Peking Style Spare Ribs

Peking spareribs dish hails from the Northern China.  As the Northerners have a penchant for strong flavors and oilier foods - (vinegar is a huge ingredient not only for flavor but for its ability to preserve).  ACE’s Peking Spare Ribs is not the common sweet and sour you may know.  It is more intense, has a pungent flavor from the use of vinegar and also a smokier aroma.  The spare ribs are lightly batter which allows the thick sauce to coat the ribs beautifully, making the taste more enjoyable at every bite.  Sounds yummy?
