Pork with Minced Garlic Sauce

Minced garlic sauce is a familiar sauce for many dishes in many American Chinese restaurants, but it’s also a dish with many authentic variations in China and Hong Kong, and we’re our sharing our ACE version of this much-loved classic.  The pork slices are stir fried with minced garlic until flavors are infused together then we toss in the white onions, green onions, zucchini, cabbage, and red pepper flakes.
