Satay Beef
The origins of satay are unclear, but it is a widespread popular dish throughout Asia.  ACE’s version of satay has a different flavor than the Indonesian or Thai satays that use the turmeric which give the dish the yellow color.  We use hoisin sauce gives this our recipe a different flavor.  Tender beef with chucks of garlic, onion whites, green onions, and red pepper flakes.
