Satay Fried Tofu & Vegetable with Rice Vermicelli Noodles

We stir-fry cabbage, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms & fried tofu and serve it on a bed of rice vermicelli noodles in a light broth.  Then all the ingredients are gently coated with a rich satay sauce (a popular South East Asian ingredient) and red chili pepper flakes.
