Satay Mussels

Satay Mussels
The origins of satay are unclear, but it is a widespread popular dish throughout Asia.  ACE’s version of satay has a different flavor than the Indonesian or Thai satay that use the turmeric which give the dish the yellow color.  We use hoisin sauce gives this our recipe a different flavor.  Add the mussels and served hot with a green onions, white onions, and minced garlic.
