Seafood Chow Fun

This spotlight is on a different chow fun this week.  As you know by now, the “ho fun” are quickly stirred fried on super high flame until each piece is evenly cooked.  We stir fried the squid, fish cake, mussel, shrimp, and Chinese bok choy mixed in a light sauce and serve over the “ho fun”.   Come in and try!
