Seafood & Tofu Soup

Seafood & Tofu SoupThe most important thing is that we do is to use tasty daily made stock to make all our soups.  This soup is light and clear, great for a cold day to warm up.  This soup had tofu in cubes, shrimp, squid, fish cakes, & egg white.
