Shanghai Fried Chicken
This a great and tasty chicken dish.  The chicken not require any breading or batter at all.  The chicken is fried in such a way that the skin is extremely crunchy, but the white meat is relatively soft.   The chicken is seasoned with Chinese style seasoning such as five spices powder, soy sauce and Sichuan peppercorn.  All this goodness is smothered in a savory sauce.
