Shrimp with Scrambled Eggs

If you love eggs, you have to try this dish. It is healthy and delicious. It is one of the most simple and traditional classic Chinese dishes.  We use Chinese seasonings enhance the scrambled eggs.  We lightly pan fry the shrimp which turn pink then add the eggs.  Stir until they are lightly scrambled but not too dry.
