Singapore Style Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli Noodles

Spotlight on our Singapore Style Stir Fried Rice Vermicelli Noodles dish this week, believe it or not this dish is not actually from Singapore.  It is a Cantonese dish very popular in Hong Kong in restaurants and “cha tsan ting” (aka teahouses).  We stir-fry the rice vermicelli noodles seasoned with curry powder, bean sprouts, bell peppers, carrots, egg, pork, shrimp, and green onions.  We can also make this a vegetarian version of the dish.
