Sliced Chicken with Curry Sauce Rice Plate

We start this dish by adding the marinated sliced chicken to the medium-high heat work.  Stir fry until the chicken is cooked then add onions, potatoes & curry powder to the wok, then broth to make into a sauce.  Return the heat to medium-high and bring to a boil and add dark soy sauce.  All this goodness served on a bed of rice.
