Spicy Cold Chicken

Spicy Cold Chicken

The chicken is pan fried in lightly canola oil then served on a bed of lettuce and then drizzled with an ACE special blend of peanut and chili oil. The chicken is served straight from the pan so it will be temperature hot and salad will be cold.
