ACE’s dish of the week is one of the Hong Kong Style Rice Plates. Marinated beef strips are flash cooked in a hot wok. We stir fry the beef until it is toasty brown then add in silken soft tofu (aka Japanese-style tofu). Lastly, we combined all the ingredients in a savory brown sauce & garish with scallions. This protein rich dish taste great over white rice or for a healthier version, try it over brown rice.
