Tofu with Preserved Salted Fish & Chicken
Salty and savory flavors of this dish is so good, it can become addictive!  We put the wok on high heat, when the oil is hot, and then add the chicken, preserved salted fish (tuna in soybean oil), and soft tofu.  Stir in the spices, make the sauce and lastly add fresh green onions to the top.
