Vegetable Chow Fun

We have many different versions of chow fun dishes.  We would like to feature a vegetable version this week.  As you know by now, the “ho fun” are quickly stirred fried on super high flame until each piece is evenly cooked.  We stir fried the zucchini, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms mixed in a light brown sauce and serve over the “ho fun”.   Come in and try!
