Vegetable Lo Mein is the base of all ACE’s lo mein dishes. We boil noodles in salted water until just done, drain well and rinse in cold water briefly. Stir in oil in the hot wok to prevent the noodles from sticking. Mix in the carrots and cabbage. Season the vegetables with soy sauce and other ingredients, then all the noodles. Stir around the noodles until warm and then mix in the vegetables.
