Vegetable Shrimp

First, we lightly coat the wok with oil and wait till it reaches medium heat.  Freshly deveined shrimps are then pan fried with minced garlic until it turns pink.  The shrimps are glazed with light sauce and cooked until sauce bubbles up with the broccoli, carrots, mushroom, & cabbage to bring all the flavors together.
