Wall Special - Choy Xin with Fish Fillet
Choy Xin (or Choi Sum) is a leafy veggie common used in Chinese cuisine.  It is part of the Brassica family (mustard).  The literal translation 菜心 “as heart of the vegetable”.  We lightly pan fry the fish fillets to seal in the flavors.  Then garlic and a light sauce to mix in the lightness of this dish.
