Wall Specials - Hong Kong Style Sweet & Sour Pork

This is one of our wall specials (not in our menu).  This popular Hong Kong dish is called 咕嚕肉.  The sauce is different from the Americanize version of sweet & sour.  The Hong Kong sweet & sour is made with vinegar, preserved plums and hawthorn candy for a nearly scarlet color and sticks on the chuck of fried pork loins (boneless).  Come in and try out this sweet caramelized crispy pork with a tingling taste of tanginess before it's gone!
