Hong Kong Sweet and Sour Ribs
This is one of our wall specials (not in our menu).  This popular Hong Kong dish is called 生炒排骨, English translation: stir-fried spare ribs.  The sauce is totally different from the Americanize version of sweet & sour.  The Hong Kong sweet & sour is made with preserved plums and hawthorn candy which give for a nearly scarlet color and sticks on the pork ribs.     Come and try out this sweet caramelized crispy pork with a tingling taste of tanginess before it’s gone!
