Wonton and Japanese BBQ Pork Egg Noodle Soup
Wonton noodles may seem simple but the simple things that are the hardest to perfect.  This dish is revered as part of Hong Kong cuisine.  The perfect combination of spring egg noodles (cooked al dente), aromatic stock and fresh filing in the wontons makes this dish one of life’s simple pleasures.  ACE’s wontons are hand wrapped and stuff with the perfect ratio of minced pork and shrimp.  Now, we add our Japanese BBQ pork into the mix for perfection (made from tender simmered pork belly, marinated in soy sauce and savory spices).
