Wonton & Japanese BBQ Pork with Rice Vermicelli Noodles

ACE’s Hong Kong Style “Lo Mai Fun” uses the rice vermicelli noodles and served on a bed of lettuce.  For the Wonton & Japanese BBQ Pork version, we add our wontons which are made in-house (minced pork and shrimp stuffed into wonton wrappers).  Then we add our Japanese BBQ Pork (slow roasted and served in slices).  The sweet soy sauce will bring flavor to the entire dish.
